Padua, Italy Travel Guide -the essential guide
VeniceVenice_Italy.html

Our primary reason for visiting Padua was to see the Cappella degli Scrovegni.

The interior of the small Cappella is notable because it houses the frescos complete by Florentine artist Giotto between 1303 and 1305.  Giotto’s frescos introduce a realism to art that influence all artist after him; he in effect kick-started the Renaissance.

The photo below (Kiss of Judas) is from Wikipedia.org, no photograph is allow with in the Cappella.
